Silverstone Equities and its associated property management firm, McClintock Property Management, is a real estate group with a 35-year track record of successfully managing commercial and residential properties. We have a strong and experienced management team with extensive experience in the acquisition and management of apartment buildings and commercial properties. Currently our property portfolio is focused in the Golden Horseshoe of southwestern Ontario – Canada’s economic heartland.

Mission
Commercial real estate, including residential apartment buildings and commercial properties represent an attractive investment yielding good cash flow - for those purchasers who understand the market and purchase good buildings at the appropriate price. A team who have successfully and profitably bought and sold numerous apartment buildings since the 1960’s manages Silverstone. These principals have established an excellent reputation as credible purchasers – an extremely important attribute to acquiring properties.
Silverstone is actively seeking new property acquisitions – mainly in multi-family residential properties in Ontario and other centres across Canada. The Company plans to continue to acquire high quality properties, focused largely on residential apartments but will also consider mixed-use properties and commercial properties which represent conservative investment and good value. The Company takes a rigorous approach to evaluating investment opportunities.
What Sets us Apart
Over the last 40 years, investors have recognized residential apartment buildings as a safe, steady and relatively conservative investment. Commercial property has been somewhat more variable, but represents attractive return when purchased at correct valuations with thorough due diligence.
Silverstone was originally founded in 1955 as J.P McClintock Investments Limited and since its inception has successfully bought and sold over thirty apartment buildings and commercial properties in southwestern Ontario, valued at well over $200 million.
